《晚餐裡有龍》(There’s a Dragon in My Dinner)是幽默、爆笑的兒童小說系列的首部曲。當可愛的小男孩艾瑞克(Eric)發現，週末外帶的中國炒麵裡，看似贈品的迷你小龍，竟然是隻會飛、會噴火，體積超小，食量卻暴大的真實生物後，艾瑞克的生活將變的忙亂卻精彩萬分，一場有趣的冒險因而展開。

週五晚上，艾瑞克決定請中國餐館外送他最愛的蝦仁豆芽炒麵當做晚餐。讓他驚喜萬分的是，冒著白煙熱呼呼的外帶餐盒裡，竟然放著一隻綠色的迷你小龍當作贈品。然而，這隻看似玩偶的小龍竟是一隻活蹦亂跳的生物。

這隻迷你龍名叫潘(Pan)，他來自中國，正打算前往墨西哥探望親戚，沒想道路途上發生了小插曲，因此他就這樣出現在艾瑞克的晚餐之中。心地善良的艾瑞克決定，在潘找到方法前往墨西哥之前，讓他先借住在自己的家裡。然而，艾瑞克萬萬沒想到的是，體積迷你的潘，卻是個頑皮的無敵破壞狂，令人捧腹大笑的災難接續發生，艾瑞克該怎麼向大家解釋，這一連串的破壞，是隻跟春捲同樣大的小怪獸造成的？

 

Tom Nicoll has been writing since he was at school, where he enjoyed trying to fit in as much silliness into his essays as he could possibly get away with. He is also a big comedy, TV and movie nerd. Tom lives just outside Edinburgh with his wife, daughter and a cat that thinks it's a dog. THERE'S A DRAGON IN MY DINNER is his first book for children.

Sarah Horne grew up in Derbyshire and spent much of her childhood scampering in the nearby fields with a few goats. Then she decided to be sensible and studied Illustration at Falmouth College of Arts and gained a Master’s degree at Kingston University. She now lives in Forest Hill, South London and specialises in funny, inky illustration.
