An oceanic fantasy packed with mystery and grand adventure is ready to set sail!

This book invites readers to embark on mysterious and daring adventures through the wonders and unknowns of a future world.

The story is set in the year after 2100 when human civilization was reshaped in the wake of plagues, natural disasters, and wars. What comes to replace this is the rise of the “Beast era”, where a mythical island world ruled by intelligent animal clans bloomed with mystical and magic. In this newly transformed world, the only human girl, Tis, has a dream of becoming a pilot. She will embark and take her first step towards that dream by enrolling in the prestigious "Sail Academy" in Capital Island, the largest port city in the archipelago.

When the eerie ghost ship quietly appears and the sound of weeping echoes from its bow, Tis joins forces with her adoptive mother, Mama Bear—a bear who has raised her since infancy, and collectively with a mysterious shaman to uncover secrets hidden beneath the waves. Along the way, Tis learns the art of seafaring and becomes mature as she goes through the storm, finally setting sail aboard her ship, The Voyager’s Light, on a journey filled with wonder, courage, and self-discovery.

This novel is intertwined with mythology, fantasy, adventure, and coming-of-age themes, and it has been brought to life via delicate illustrations. It tells a moving story of family, faith, and fate while inviting you to venture into the unknown and immerse in the thrill of the open sea.

In the sequel, Tis will journey to the Island of Reversal, where even deeper mysteries await!
