找不到「愛」也沒關係，因為…它們可能藏在你沒發現的所在！

某天，一向無所不怕的小獅子同學氣壞了，因為今天的回家功課是：表達你的愛。小獅子氣憤又跳腳地說：我不喜歡那些代表「愛」的事物！不喜歡愛心！也不喜歡粉紅色！通通不喜歡！

貼心的老鼠同學見狀了，便溫柔地幫他想辦法。既然不喜歡常人所喜歡的親親、抱抱，或是小禮物…那麼玩耍呢？打瞌睡呢？追趕跑跳，又或者是大聲地嘶吼呢？小獅子似乎有點卸下了心房，慢慢地他發現，原來自己在玩耍、跑跳、發出嘶吼聲時是多麼的快樂。只是當時的他不知道，原來這叫做「愛」。原來，我們可以對這些事物表達愛。

豁然開朗的他告訴老鼠：「除了這些，我還有一項喜愛的事物。」

小獅子喜愛的事物會是什麼呢？《Love is For Roaring》帶領孩童辨識「愛」在日常生活中的所在，當我們仔細發掘、坦然擁抱愛的存在，世界會比想像再甜蜜一點點！

 

Mike Kerr，童書作家。除了寫作，Kerru也擅長製作動畫、插畫、草圖，同時也是一名教授和策展人。他已有超過20年插畫經驗，並於阿爾伯塔藝術與設計學院（Alberta College of Art and Design）教授繪畫，著有《Crafty Llama》。

Renata Liwska，童書繪者。自有記憶以來，Liwska就不斷地畫畫，教科書上滿滿都是草圖。她的創作已成暢銷書，曾贏得紐約插畫家協會頒發的金獎，並入圍加拿大總督最佳讀寫繪書獎。其作品有《The Loud Book!》、《Red Wagon》和《Once Upon a Memory》等。
