Annette Bay Pimentel，非小說類圖書作家，著有《All the Way to the Top》，獲美國圖書館協會所頒發的 Schneider Family Book Award；《Girl Running》，為美國青少年圖書館協會選書，並獲星級評論。另一新作為《Pura's Cuentos》。Pimentel 現居美國愛達荷州莫斯科。

Madison Safer，酷兒繪者。她畢業於美國麻州Montserrat College of Art，擁有插畫類現代藝術學士學位，Safer的創作靈感來自俄羅斯民俗藝術、猶太剪紙、編織藝術、以及新英格蘭的森林風景。《音樂的起源》是她的出道作。
