貓咪一家即將迎接嬰兒的誕生。

當我的弟弟仍在媽媽的肚子裡時，我常陪著媽媽一起念故事書給他聽，又跟爸爸一起佈置嬰兒房、買衣服和用品給他。

終於盼到弟弟出生，我很開心地到醫院看弟弟，並給他一個大大的擁抱與親吻。不知為何爸爸、媽媽和爺爺、奶奶好奇的看著我？他們難到不知道嗎？我要當大姐姐了。

Jedda Robaard是澳洲著名的童書作家和插畫家，作品被翻譯成多國語文出版。她曾接受圖形設計師的培訓，並經營兒童美術和手工藝工作坊，而與學生互動、對工藝的熱情、對家庭的熱愛，以及對生活細微的觀察，都是創作異想天開又富有想像力故事的靈感來源。她的作品包括《It’s Not Scribble to Me》、《What‘s at the End of this Piece of Rope?》和《Do You Know Who I Love?》等。
