Liz Wide is a beauty, health and well-being writer with over 15 years experience, and has written for Red, the Guardian, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Eve, the Daily Mail and Zest. She is the author of ten beauty and well-being books which have been published in six countries, and has appeared on both radio and television.

Liz Wilde is also a life coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, with clients all over the world. Her work has been featured in many magazines and newspapers and she is the author of Unlock Your Potential and Home Spa :De-stress (also published by Ryland Peters & Small). She lives in Chiswick, West London.
