Sarah Stacey is an award-winning journalist and TV producer specialising in health, beauty, fragrance and environmental issues. She is currently Wellbeing Editor of the Mail On Sunday YOU Magazine. Formerly Executive Health & Beauty Editor The Daily Express and Editor of the Sunday Express magazine, she has written for leading newspapers and magazines, including The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Financial Times, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping and Zest. In 1994, she was elected the first Honorary Chair of the Guild of Health writers UK and in 1996 was co-founder of the food Iabelling campaign, FLAG. She lives West Dorset and is passionate about her horse.
Josephine Fairley is a Contributing Editor the Mail on Sunday YOU Magazine, where she writes on beauty and organic living. She has also written on beauty for Tatler, Real, Woman's Journal, Elle and Health, and contributes to a wide range of publications including Red, Inage, Woman & Home and The Daily Mail. She is Chairwoman of Cosmetic Executive women, the cosmetic industry's networking organisation. Josephine was founding partner of Green & Black's Organic Chocolate. She lives in East Sussex where she gardens obsessively and swims in the sea from May to November.
