Theresa Albert, DHN, PNCP, is a registered, nutritional consulting
practitioner with a busy private practice in Toronto. Her television
show "Just One Bite" aired on Food Network Canada for over two years in a daily time slot and introduced her direct approach to millions; this
show is now airing on the BBC Kids network, three times daily. Albert is
also the author of Cook Once a Week, Eat Well Every Day (published by
HarperCollins in Canada, Marlowe Press in the US). Albert is becoming a recognizable media face and online resource on behalf of her corporate clients including McCain, Yummy Mummy Club and The Chicken Farmers of Canada, and is a frequent television and news guest.
