● 作者簡介

Olivia Ames Hoblitzelle has practiced and taught psychology, as well as meditation for more than 45 years. She developed and taught one of the first Mind/Body medicine programs in the country, pioneered the integration of meditation, yoga and cognitive therapy with Western medicine, and trained health professionals under the auspices of Harvard Medical School. Her bestselling first book, Ten thousand Joys & Ten thousand Sorrows: A Coupe’s Journey Through Alzheimer’s won many awards including Book of the Year, Benjamin Franklin, Nautilus and Independent Publishers Book Awards. It has been translated into Chinese, Korean, Dutch, and Japanese, and recorded for the national Library Service for the Blind.
