Andrew Dickson曾是《Guardian》的美術編輯,現在是自由撰稿人、評論家,為《New Statesman》、《Sight》、《Sound》等雜誌供稿。他2010年開始撰寫《新劍橋莎士比亞》,同時是BBC廣播節目的主持人和評論員,也是即將出版的新書《Worlds Elsewhere: Journeys Around Shakespeare's Globe》的作者,該書講述風靡世界的莎士比亞熱潮。
