塔夏•歐里希(Tasha Eurich)is an organizational psychologist, speaker and New York Times best-selling author. Her first book Bankable Leadership was based on her corporate consulting curriculum and used as part of that work. She writes about psychology and the workplace, and her primary mission is to help people become more self-aware and successful both at work and at home. Over her nearly 15-year career, she’s helped thousands of people transform themselves, by bringing a fresh, modern voice alongside scientific grounded research on human behavior.
With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Bachelors degrees in Theater and Psychology, Tasha is an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world’s top ten executive development institutions.
