★德國亞馬遜暢銷文學散文#1;神經心理學#3
Is that really how I feel? Or does it come from somewhere else entirely?
How do you feel? is a question that is virtually programmatic for our times. Because answering it requires the ability to recognize feelings, reflect on them, and talk about them. “How are you feeling?” is about the realization that feelings and reason cannot simply be separated, but above all about our independence, about the ability to defend ourselves against those who would so gladly lead us through the world by the nose ring of our emotions. Let’s not leave our feelings to the wrong people, but rather ask ourselves:
How do we deal with the fear that keeps us all in suspense? What about the connection to others that we are all seeking? What can we do about feelings of helplessness and anger? Am I allowed to hate, to despite others? And what about joie de vivre, happiness? Where can I find hope? In short: How can we use all this knowledge about our inner lives to keep our heads above water in these times?
