● 作者簡介

Dr Sarb Johal,心理學家、心理諮商師。Johal擁有威爾斯卡地夫大學心理學系的博士學位,以及倫敦大學學院臨床心理博士學位。他擁有超過30年的專業經驗,特別擅長社會心理修復,以及幫助求助者在歷經重大變故下的溝通。他曾為英國、紐西蘭政府、世界衛生組織等重要機構擔任顧問,處理全球性與地域性的重大危機。
