Ken Matejka, an award-winning educator, is professor of leadership and change management at Duquesne University. An active speaker, trainer, and consultant, he has delivered executive education courses and strategic retreats forleaders and change agents at such leading Fortune 500 companies as FedEx Ground, Dlothing & Sporting Goods, AT&T, Sears Merchandising Grolup, and US Steel, several non-for-profit organizations and numer-ous national associations Author of five business books, including A Manager's Guide to Millen-nium, he also contributed articles to many pub-lications including Business Horizos, Management Decision, Training, Executive Excellence, Working Woman, and the Dallas Morning News.

Al Murphy principal of Man-aging Change Consultants, has concentated on the issues associ-ated with the implementation of change in organizations for more than thirty years. He holds a Master's degree in organization development from Pepperdine Umi-versity and has studied and practiced with many of the leaders in the field, Murphy has consulted with a variety of corporate, entrepreneurial, and nor-for-profit clients including Mellon Financial, Highmark, Alcoa, Federal Express, and Citizens National Bank. He has served on adjunct fac-ulty at the Donalue Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University for more than ten years.
