Lacey T. Smith gleaned his understanding of negotiation from hands-on experience in many sectors. Currently, he along with his wife, delivers seminars on negotiation, and he negotiates daily for companies of which he is a principal. A graduate of Hamline University, he holds an MPA degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and an LLB degree fron Harvard Law School. He school.
