Helen Harkness , Ph.D., is a pioneer in the development of career management programs and is founder and executive director of Career Design Associates, Inc., in Dallas. She has provided career change counseling service to over 6,000 individual clients and numerous organizations during her long and productive career as a futurist, educator, researcher, and entrepreneur.
