Marvin Weisbord is a fellow of the World Acaemy of Productivity Science and is the author of Organizational Diagnosis, Productive Workplaces Revisited, and Discovering Common Ground.

Sandra Janoff, PhD, is an international consultant, psychologist, coau-thor, with Marvin Weisbord, of Future Search: An Action Guide. Weisbord and Janoff are co-directors of the future Search Network, a global volunteer service collaborative.
