Margot Katz is one of Britain’s most successful business gurus and has worked across five continents with some of the world’s leading companies, including BT, Chevron, CISCO, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Royal Bank of Scotland and Toyota.
Until 1997, she served as a director on the UK board of Ivax, a global pharmaceuticals company, where she played a pivotal role in its exponential growth under a visionary and entrepreneurial leader. She was instrumental in shaping and driving the people strategy that delivered substantial business result.
She moved into the consultancy arena in 2000, as head of consulting for DDI (UK), where she specialized in strategic leadership, executive coaching and leadership development.
She now works independently, and consults throughout Europe and beyond to Russia, India, Singapore, South Africa, Dubai and Argentina. She is a recognized and inspirational speaker on matters linked to the Tarzan and Jane themes in her book.
