● 作者簡介

Vicki Culpin,是霍特國際商學院(Hult International Business School)轄下Ashridge Executuve Education的組織行為學教授,在此之前,他是該學系系主任和全球研究總監。他的研究專業是記憶和睡眠,有超過20年的經驗,包括記憶差的影響、改善記憶,以及不同年齡、國藉和職業的人減少睡眠對記憶的影響,而他目前正進行有關睡眠、健康和出軌之間的關係,著作有《Memory Packetbook》。
