● 作者簡介

Paul Sean Hill,於2007至2014年間擔任美國太空總署約翰遜太空中心(Johnson Space Center) 的任務操作主任( Director of Mission Operations),他負責該署的人類飛行任務計劃、飛行控制器、太空人訓練 ,以及任務控制。在此之前,他曾擔任多個高層領導的崗位,包括1996至2005年間任大空梭國際太空站(Space Shuttle and International Space Station)飛行總監,當中的任務包括計劃和領導在軌道上興建太空站和哥倫比亞事故調查(挑戰者號太空梭在升空後73秒發生解體,機上七名太空人喪命 ) 等。作者現在經營Atlas Executive Consulting,就全球的領導力挑戰提供顧問服務。
