● 作者簡介

Charlotte Shelton, Ed. D., a Boomer mother, is an author, management professor, coach, and consultant. A founding member of WiseWork, a consulting group specializing in innovative organization development, she also teaches MBA students at Rockhurst University!|s Helzberg School of Management and is a visiting professor in Peking University!|s international MBA program. She is author of Quantum Leaps: 7 Skills for Workplace ReCreation, a frequent seminar and conference presenter, and contributor to numerous trade and academic journals.

Laura Shelton, who holds an M.A. degree in communications, is an award-winning reporter for a Fox television affiliate. In a typically peripatetic Gen X career, she has held four jobs in TV broadcasting in seven years, including reporting , anchoring, and producing news for NBC and CBS affiliates. Laura is also a contributing author to Crime and Local Television News and has been an invited panelist for several broadcasting conferences.
