A nail-shredding, pulse-pounding rollercoaster ride from master thriller writer, Luca Veste – where the hunter becomes the hunted
If no one believes you, no one will help you…
Once hailed as Liverpool’s finest detective, Mark Fletcher brought a serial killer to justice and earned the city’s admiration. But when he’s accused of working with Liverpool’s most notorious crime family, his legacy is shattered – and so is his life.
When a body is found buried in a garden, detective duo DI Kirkham and DS Hashem are called to investigate. Across the city, now disgraced and spiraling, Fletcher wakes up in a hotel room with no memory of the last 24 hours… and a dead body beside him.
Fearing he is being framed for a crime he did not commit, he decides to strike out on his own to investigate. What he doesn’t know is DI Kirkham and DS Hashem’s investigation will soon collide with his.
Hunted by the force he once served, Fletcher must uncover the truth – not just to clear his name, but to survive. Because someone wants him silenced, and they’ll stop at nothing to finish what they started…
Liar, Liar takes readers through the vibrant streets of Merseyside, uncovering the city’s dangerous underbelly and the infamous crime family who operate in its shadows.
